Opportunities To Grow
Whether it is a meal for new parents or for someone recovering from surgery, a luncheon at the church following a funeral, care packages for college students at exam time, companion groups for those who are caring for parents with dementia, hospital visits, or prayers, we seek to support each other through the joys and challenges of all stages in life.
Deacons
The Deacons provide congregational care by visiting those in the hospital, communicating with our college students, visiting shut-ins, and providing “care notes” and educational programs as needed.
Learn MoreMeal Ministry
Meal Ministry invites members of the congregation to prepare frozen meals which are ready to be delivered by the pastors, the parish nurse, or the deacons to church kin during a troubled time so that they might be nourished in body and spirit.
ExploreHealth Ministry
The Health Ministry Team and Parish Nurse together with our deacons and pastors lead us as we work to continue Jesus’ ministry of healing. Visiting the sick, educating the congregation and individuals, coordinating meals for homebound folks, providing referral information, helping people navigate the shifting landscape of healthcare — these are some of the ways we participate in Christ’s ongoing work of relieving suffering and bringing healing to hurting people.
